Estimation Of - IgE

Procedure:-

1.  Take 20 µl Serum + 100 µl Buffer  ( 30 Sec Shaking )
2. Wait for 30 second.
3. Wash by D/W at 300 µl 6 times.
4. Then Add 150 µl  conjugate ( 10 Sec Shaking ).
5. Wait for 30 minutes.
6. Wash by D/W at 300 µl 6 times.
7. Add Substrate 100 µl and  ( 10 Sec Shaking ).
8. Then Wait for 20 minutes in the dark place.
9. Then Add Stop Solution 100 µl.  
10.  Reading On Analyzer within 5 minutes.
