Test Procedure:-
         Take 50 µl Patient Serum + Buffer -( shaking 6 sec )
                                              + 
              Wait 60 Minute at Room Temperature
                                              +
                 Wash 6 Times Wish Wash Solution
                                              +
                Conjugate 100 µl  ( shaking 6 sec )
                                              + 
              Wait 60 Minute at Room Temperature
                                              +   
                Wash 6 Times Wish Wash Solution
                                              +
               Substrate 100 µl  ( shaking 6 sec )
                                              + 
            Wait For 20 Minute In The Dark Place 
                                              +
                            Add Stop Solution
                                              +
                    Then Reading On Analyzer
