Estimation Of - (T3, TSH, & Prolactin) In The Biochemistry Laboratory

Procesure Of - T3, TSH, & Prolactin:- 

1.  Take 50 µl Patient Serum + Conjugate 100 µl In a Test Tube ( Shaking 6 Sec )
2.  Wait For 60 Minute . 
3. Then Wash 6 Times With Wash Buffer .
4. Add Substrate 100 µl  (  Shaking 6 Sec ).
5. Wait 20 Minute In The Dark Place. 
6. Then Add Stop Solution  100 µl . 
7. Then Reading On Analyzer

Procedure Of- Wash Buffer For T3, T4, & TSH    :-
        1 Part Wash Buffer
        19 Part Distilled Water
Or 100 µl Wash Buffer and 1900 µl D/W and mixed well

Procedure Of - Conjugate For Hormone Test:-
        Take 1 Part Concentrated Conjugate With 10 Part Diluted Conjugate . For eg: concentrate conjugated 10 µl and Diluted conjugate 100 µl and mixed well. ( its just 1 test ). Solution made up just after 20 minutes of test.
